An adaptation

Wisdom condescended to adapt himself to our own weakness, and to show us a pattern of holy life in the form of our own humanity.

When we come to Him, we do wisely. He when He came to us, was considered by proud men to have done very foolishly. And since we, when we come to Him, become strong, He when He came to us was looked upon, by 'great' men as weak. And we, when we come to Him become rich, but He, when He came to us, became poverty that we may be made rich. But the foolishness of God is wiser than the wisdom of man and the weakness of God is stronger than man and the poverty of God far exceeds all the riches of man. And thus, though Wisdom was himself our home, He made himself also the way by which we should reach our home.

Seeing that man fell through pride, He restored us through humility, we were ensnared by the wisdom of the serpent, we are set free by the foolishness of God. We used our immortality so badly as to incur the penalty of death, Christ used his mortality so well as to restore us to life.Dis ease was brought in through a womans corrupted soul, the remedy came through a womans virgin body. He was born through a woman to deliver us who fell through a woman. He came as a man to deliver us who are men, as a mortal to save us who are mortals, by death to save us who were dead.

And thus though Wisdom was himself our home, He made himself also the way by which we should reach our home.  

Dads and Grads thank you sooo much for giving us a foretaste of this 'knowlege' and in faith may we be blessed in the life to come!
